For several years I have worked at my busy practice in Essex, but now I have moved my clinic to Hampshire, and what a beautiful county it is!

I met a lovely man in Hampshire several months ago and it is because of him that I decided I wanted to live and work there. I had to do quite a lot of 'soul searching' in order to find the courage to make the break, after all – my practice in Essex was very successful, and I had come to the point where most of my clients came to me by referral and reputation. But in the end love won the day and here I am starting a new clinic and a new life, and it is all very exciting!

My own path of personal development has shaped my career, and began 14 years ago when I discovered my desire to help people recover from physical and emotional problems. This led me to train and qualify as a Reflexologist and Reiki Master, which in turn enhanced my ability to truly listen to, and connect with my patients.

A number of years later I trained in NLP and Hypnotherapy with Richard Bandler – who developed Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Paul McKenna, the celebrated Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist. This course changed my life, giving me the skills and ability to develop my inner strength and become more centred, focused and happy.

Over the last 4 years I have built a successful weight loss side to my practice, and I am now a qualified Weight Loss Specialist in Eating Disorders and OCD after training at The Essex Institute of Hypnosis. This has allowed me to help people with difficult weight problems including bulimia and binge eating and many clients who come to me are at least ten stone overweight.

Many of my clients have had a life changing experience during their weight loss course with me. They discovered what the underlying problems were that had resulted in them becoming obese. I found that by using gentle therapies, they were able to 'let go' of these issues and have gone forth in life armed with new eating habits and the will to succeed.
